FLEXIBLE HOSES FOR AIR NOZZLES AND KNIVES
FH series – flexible forming hoses
Hoses from FH series are suitable accessories for various types of air blow nozzles, transvectors and air knives. They can be easily shaped and maintain shape, which allows for airflow being directed exactly where needed. The hoses maintain the desired shape and direction even at high air blow pressure.
In addition to compressed air, FH hoses can also use water and oil emulsions. That means they can be a great help in various cooling applications using liquid agents.
Different types of FH hoses are available. Besides the basic version with a PVC hose you can also chooses hoses with aluminium weaving applicable in higher temperatures. For applications with requirements for frequent readjustment of the hose positions we recommend hoses with a protective spiral ensuring longer life.
Our flexible hoses can also be used in combination with our magnetic platforms and assembly sets.
FT series – mouldable tubes
With this special set of mouldable stainless steel tubes with union nuts, you can prepare a robust yet flexible attachment of your nozzle or air knife.
In addition to compressed air, FT tubes can also use water and oil emulsions. That means they can be a great help in various cooling applications using liquid agents.
OT series – forming hoses
For simple applications it is possible to use forming PE tubes with an aluminium core. The tube can be bent to suit your needs (complying with the minimum bend radius) and the tube keeps its shape.
It is a very flexible option since the tubes can be used with quick-release pneumatic screw coupling. The required length can be easily cut using common scissors for PU tubes.
The hoses are not intended for frequent position changing or shaping with a small bend radius.
